What happens after I share my reports?
Our team reviews them and comes back with a treatment plan: the doctor's assessment, a detailed plan of care, the cost, the estimated hospital stay, and the recommended time to spend in India — so you can decide with a full picture in front of you.
What's included in the treatment cost?
A treatment quotation typically covers surgical fees, doctor's fees, lab tests, medication, and room charges. You receive a detailed, itemised breakdown in your quotation before you commit to anything.
What documents should I share?
Your relevant medical records — X-rays, MRI and CT scans, ultrasound images, recent blood investigation reports, and any discharge summaries. The more complete the picture, the more accurate the plan and estimate we can prepare.
How long does it take to get a medical visa?
A medical visa generally takes five to ten business days to process, depending on your country's embassy or consulate. We recommend applying four to six weeks ahead of travel, and we guide you through the application and any invitation letter you'll need.
Can my family or a caregiver travel with me?
Yes. Family members or a caregiver can apply for a medical attendant visa to accompany you throughout your treatment, and we'll guide them through that application alongside yours.
